Standard sizes typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom sizes may take 1-2 weeks depending on specifications and quantity. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
What type of wood do you use for new pallets?
We use kiln-dried Southern Yellow Pine and Oak, depending on strength requirements. The wood is dried to below 19% moisture content to prevent mold and meet ISPM-15 requirements.
Are your new pallets ISPM-15 certified?
Yes, we offer ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets for international shipping. Each certified pallet receives the official stamp indicating treatment compliance. This is required for export to most countries.
What load capacity can new pallets support?
Standard new pallets support 2,500 lbs dynamically and 5,000 lbs in static racking. We can engineer pallets for heavier loads up to 10,000+ lbs with reinforced construction.
What's the minimum order for new pallets?
We typically have a 50-pallet minimum for new construction. For smaller quantities, consider our Grade A used pallets which are in like-new condition.
