Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if a pallet is worth repairing?

Generally, if stringers are intact and less than half the deck boards need replacement, repair is cost-effective. Pallets with multiple broken stringers or extensive damage may be better recycled. We'll assess and advise honestly.

What is your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is 2-3 business days for most repairs. Rush service (same-day or next-day) is available for an additional fee. Large quantities may require more time.

Do you repair pallets on-site?

We primarily repair at our facility for quality control. However, for large volumes (500+ pallets), we can discuss on-site repair options with our mobile repair team.

Can you repair heat-treated pallets and maintain certification?

Yes. We can re-treat repaired ISPM-15 pallets after repair. The re-treatment is done to specification and properly stamped. This is ideal for export operations.

What happens to pallets that can't be repaired?

Pallets beyond economical repair are recycled through our recycling program. We can credit you for recyclable materials or dispose of them responsibly at no charge.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes. Repaired pallets carry a 90-day warranty against repair failure under normal use. If a repair fails, we'll fix it at no charge.

Need Pallet Repairs?

Send us your damaged pallets and we'll return them ready for use. Save money, reduce waste, and keep your operations running.
