Orders and Payment

Due to the nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there are any issues with your order. Quality concerns should be documented with photos.

Used pallets are sold "as-is" according to their stated grade. We make no warranties beyond the grade specifications. New pallets carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
